This is a restricted registration only for a registered attendees' close family, spouse, or significant other needing to accompany them to the conference. Provides access to the April 8, 2026 Dinner and April 9, 2026 Vendor Reception ONLY. Breakfast and lunch are not included.
This is not for Conference Registration. This is also not for Vendor staff.
Retiree Registration$150

This registration only applies to attendees who have retired from a SWEDE member utility.

Vendor Booth registration includes:
- One (1) vendor booth
- One (1) vendor booth staff registration*
- Logo displayed on promo slide featured during pre-general session show

*Note: Any additional booth staff registration will cost $100 each. Vendor Booth staff do not have access to any other conference functions without a conference registration.

Refund Policy And Cancellations Disclaimer
- Conference registration canceled on or before March 22, 2026 is refundable, but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
- Conference registration may be transferred to another individual. All transfer requests must be received by April 3, 2026.
- In the event SWEDE must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, SWEDE will refund the cost of registration minus a $100 administrative fee, or give the option to transfer the registration fee as a credit toward the cost of the following year's conference. However, SWEDE does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses such as: charges made for optional activities, travel and lodging.
